- VBL is a 1-hour online book launch hosted LIVE on the official PaperKat Books Facebook Page.
- A dedicated professional event host: Corinna “Cor” Carlos.
- Facebook event page and posters that you can share online to your friends and family.
- Since this is a LIVE Facebook event, people can watch it for FREE as it happens or they can watch it on REPLAY again and again.
- Anyone who watches the LIVE session can type in their comments/questions that the host can pull up for you to answer.
- You can also invite up to 3 special guests who can go LIVE on video and share their thoughts about your book.
- PROMOS! You can create your own promo to make the virtual launch exciting. You can decide on what to do or we can suggest some neat promos.

- As a freebie, PaperKat Books will give full version copies of Appendix B ebook to your raffle prize winners. If you have 10 winners, we give 10 full version copies of the ebook. This is a great freebie because we sell each copy at PHP500.00. So if we give 10 copies as raffle prizes, that’s already PHP5,000.00 worth of products that you get for free.
- Copywriting and design of all event posters and marketing collaterals.
- The videos will be uploaded on the official PaperKat Books YouTube page for lead generation purposes. This means that people who watch the video months later can get to know you and your book.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- VBL is exclusive to PaperKat Books authors. Different publishing companies have their own style in launching a book online.
- To avoid conflict of interest, we can’t offer this service to books published outside of PaperKat Books.
- Our schedule for Virtual Book Launches and Interviews is every Saturday at 3:00 PM. If this schedule doesn’t work for you, we can talk it over and decide on a schedule that is best for all parties involved.
- PaperKat Books is dedicated to elevating the self-publishing industry in the Philippines. Therefore, we see the value of Personal Branding. Kath C. Eustaquio-Derla, the founder and CEO of PaperKat Books will give pointers on how to speak and act during your interview.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- The PHP3,000 + 12% VAT will cover the expenses for the programs that we use and the talent fee of the event host.
- A formal contract with the bank details will be signed by all parties involved.
- Full payment must be settled a day before your scheduled LIVE virtual book launch.

- The PaperKat Books Team is made up of marketing, communications, and event professionals. We’ve done a wide range of events–online and offline–from beauty pageant press conferences to corporate events. You are in good hands.
- But we believe in creative collaboration and pushing the envelope further. So if you have creative ideas that you want to execute, let us know and let’s work on it together.
- If you already launched your book online and want to do it again, no one’s stopping you. Who says you can only have one book launch? You can have as many as you want! Execution is key.

- Coffee Talk Interview (CTL) is a 1-hour, 1-on-1 online interview hosted LIVE on the official PaperKat Books Facebook Page.

- You have the option if you want it LIVE or RECORDED. People can watch it for FREE and over and over again.
- Anyone who watches the LIVE session can type in their comments/questions that the host can pull up for you to answer. Recorded sessions can’t have LIVE comments.

- Our schedule for LIVE interviews is every Saturday at 3:00 PM. If this schedule doesn’t work for you, we can talk it over and decide on a schedule that is best for all parties involved. Recorded sessions can be done at the most convenient time for both parties.

- We can help you choose the angle for your interview. This way, the interview won’t be all over the place. Having an “angle” will help us come up with better interview questions that will make your interview more in-depth.
- Interview questions will be sent to you day/s ahead so you can prepare.
- This is a “coffee talk” and we always drink coffee during the interview. Not a coffee drinker? That’s fine. You can drink tea, wine, whiskey, even plain water during the interview.

The event host
cor carlos
Cor is a marketing and communications professional specializing in People and Organizational Communications. As a marketer, she has always been managing programs, mounting events, and producing videos and content but the pandemic pulled her from her seat behind the scenes to the one in front. A graduate of European Studies from Ateneo de Manila, she enjoys analyzing TV shows, hosting game nights, and one day aspires to create a campaign to promote Philippine History, Arts, and Culture.
